New preprint out! Juan Pablo, Stephen, and Marta have published the first continental-scale characterization of change in multiple facets of wintering bird communities over the past 50 years. Their manuscript demonstrates strong functional reorganization of wintering avifauna likely driven by changing climatic conditions.
